Healthier Piña Colada

I made this smoothie yesterday and it was basically a piña colada. So I added rum. Just kidding- I didn’t but you totally could and it would be tasty and way better for you than the super sugary ones you order at the tiki bar.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh pineapple
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 ripe banana
Splash of milk (you could use lite coconut milk)
